“It’s What We Need More Of” is about love, the first fruit of the Spirit. Partly inspired by Dionne Warwick’s classic hit song “What The World Needs Now Is Love”, this song is a similar plea for universal love, calling us to show love to those around us. Love gives us the motivation to help others in times of need and brings us closer to attaining unity. Love can even break down things like grudges and war. Scriptures used in this movement include 1 John 4:21, Matthew 22:39, and 1 Corinthians 13:4, all leading up to a climax that proclaims the words found in 1 Corinthians 13:13: “The greatest of these is love”.
