
Austin-Sinclair Harris
A native of the Houston, TX area, Austin-Sinclair Harris has been composing since the age of seven. He has written choral music, orchestral music, chamber music, vocal solos, children’s music, and piano compositions and arrangements. His compositions and arrangements have been featured in collegiate choral concerts, CDs, church services, and children’s theater productions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in music from the University of Texas at San Antonio, he holds two master’s degrees from Baylor University and LSU, and he is currently a Ph.D. student in Music Composition at LSU. He is also an active singer, pianist, and teacher, most recently serving as a music instructor for San Jacinto College. His career goals are to teach music composition at the university level and to write music that reaches the world.
